Teamcenter - proširenje rešenja na oblast tehnologije I proizvodnje

PLM Teamcenter Active Workspace iz AXIOM TECHU okviru PLM Teamcenter portfolia, pripremili smo rešenje za kupce koji pokrivaju složenu oblast tehnološke obrade sa kontrolisanim procesima i saradnjom i prenosom podataka u proizvodnju. Time postavljamo prvi stub, koji se tiče pre svega konstrukcionog biroa i gde počinje ceo proces automatizacije i digitalizacije proizvoda. Okruženje za sav rad ostaje uniformno, zasnovano na Teamcenter Active Workspace platformi .

Brojne ulazne informacije, parametri ili ograničenja ulaze u planiranje procesa i proizvodnju delova. Cilj ovog rešenja je da se svi ovi podaci konvertuju u strukture proizvoda i tako kreiraju kompletni tehnološki postupci prema specifičnim potrebama i željama kupaca. U okviru tehnologije i pripreme proizvodnje potrebno je efikasno povezati sve podatke o proizvodu, unapred zadate procese (npr. operacije glodanja, struganja), raspoložive resurse i izlaze za proizvodnju (NC kodovi, priručnici, izvozi u ERP itd. .)
