NX verzija 2406 donosi razne izmene i inovacije u CAM oblasti. Veliki broj zahteva klijenata je rešen , dodate su razne značajne izmene kao što su novi menadžer alata , poboljšanja vezana za simulaciju mašine u svakoj tački putanje, dodatne opcije u pojedinim operacijama , kao i optimizacija upotrebe resursa tokom hole making operacija.
